James DeLanoy
Associate Head Coach/Offense

James DeLanoy returns to coach the SNHU Men's Lacrosse team after an 11 year hiatus. His previous coaching here was in a roll of assisting Head Coach Paul Calkins in 1995 and helping guide the program to its first post-season berth into the ECAC Tournament.

DeLanoy's SNHU experience began in 1989 when he first competed against the team as a member of the, then league rival, New England College Pilgrim's Lacrosse Team. While playing for 22 year Head Coach Don Emerson at NEC, DeLanoy accumulated 102 Goals and 103 assists. He was named team Captain in both his Jr. and Sr. years while also earning All-Cox League Honors in '90,'91, and received the Cox League MVP in '92. Graduating in 1992 as the programs 3rd leading scorer he also remains the Team’s and the Cox League's only player with both 100 Goals and 100 Assists.

DeLanoy, a New Hampshire native played 4 years of High School Lacrosse under 28 year head coach Brian O'Rielly at Pinkerton Academy. DeLanoy graduated From Pinkerton in 1988 as the 5th leading scorer in program History.

From 1995-1997 as an Assistant coach at Pinkerton Academy DeLanoy helped guide the program to 3 of its 8 State Championship Titles.

From 1997 through 2000, 2003 and 2004 DeLanoy coached a New Hampshire High School All-Star Team, the "Granite State Laxmen". The team competed in the Annual National High School Indoor Championships, Played each year on MLK weekend at The Peddie School in Hightstown, NJ. DeLanoy's team compiled an overall tournament record of 34-10 and The New Hampshire Team Won the Championship in 1997.
