Which version of Office are you using?

If you are not sure which version of Microsoft Office you are using, you can find out using these steps:

1. Open Microsoft Word
2. Once Word opens, go to the menu bar and click on Help
3. When the drop-down menu appears, click on About Microsoft Word
4. If the first line is Microsoft® Word 2002 then you have Office XP.  If it is anything else then you do not and should not use these instructions.
